Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Shy at first then blossoming on malty and fruity notes.Chestnut purée, tangerine,sour apple,candied lemon. Quiet a large spectrum of fruit.
Palate: Smooth and velvety. A slight oaky grip gives way to dried fruit in a spicy syrup. Dessicated apple,raisins, candied ginger. Peppery with water.
Finish: Fizzy,spicy,lingering.
Comment: A full bowl of stewed and dried fruit. For a breakfast treat?

Nose: Crème caramel,orange marmalade,chocolate.
Palate: Crème caramel sweetness,citrus zest and light creamyness with a background hint of toastyness.
Finish: Dry,malty,oak notes open up with subtle toastyness.
Comment: Mellow and accessible.
