Tasting notes
Taster   Lyndsey Gray
Nose: Cranberries, crunchy peanut butter, toasted sesame oil and dehydrated limes. Bursts of salted caramel and hot date sponge trickle through.
Palate: Hot sandalwood, pecan praline, salted popcorn and notes of ginger beer warm the palate, while the raisins, lavender and gooseberries lift a floral sweetness through.
Finish: The ginger beer notes dry and lengthen the palate.
Comment: A little bit of goodness, that is packed into a fruit and nut breakfast bar.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Like eating a toffee apple on the beach. Sweet smoke and salted cod. Roasted carrot with honey and black sesame seeds. Finally vanilla laden oak comes through.
Palate: Fresh baked banana bread sweetness with smoked almond butter. Caramel and smoked sea salt. A saline, salt cracker tinge to it.
Finish: Sweet and lingering, has a wonderful earthy quality to it, and then it dries on those saline notes.
Comment: Lacks a little punch if I am honest, but well worth a look.
