Tasting notes
Taster   Annabel Meikle
Nose: Fresh lemon and lime, light pollen from a field of spring flowers. Vanilla custard over mille feuille pâtisserie and waxy green apple.
Palate: Delicate citrus, lemon syllabub and clean angelica. Fresh from the oven Victoria sponge with a shake of icing sugar.
Finish: Silky and soft.
Comment: Whisky in ballet shoes and on tip toes, delightful.

Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Vanilla, matchbox, gamey, lemon and lime. Fennel and thyme with a slightly fatty note of Foie Gras and orange peel.
Palate: Green veg with an overriding element of eucalyptus and pine.
Finish: More ginger, menthol and eucalyptus.
Comment: Almost like a ginger wine, this would make a great rusty nail.
