Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Showing good maturity, mixing sweetness (apricot, plum, vanilla) with dry notes (green peppercorn, cold tea, biscuit). Elegant.
Palate: Big. Layers of flavour and deep fruitiness. Old leather, oaky tannins just picking up. Complex.
Finish: Dusty spices.
Comment: Has a different level of depth and complexity. Sip and savour.
