Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Carrot cake mix, cinnamon, orange juice, walnut skins, goat's butter, fresh old school cloudy lemonade.
Palate: Light and gentle, custard tarts, brioche with chocolate spread, digestive biscuits, a little citrus as well.
Finish: A little drying then waves of juicy fruit.
Comment: Nice, gentle with some interesting complexities too.
7.9
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Rosehip jelly, raspberry jam, strawberry, sherbet and coconut milk. Lightweight, but summery in its approach.
Palate: Sweet malt, some rich tea biscuit notes, a dash of drying oak and some lemon zest on the very end.
Finish: A little tart fruit (gooseberry) stays on the palate as it dries.
Comment: Nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not intent on pulling the palate in any particular direction.
