Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Spicy, minty.
Palate: Creamy. Grainy. Some rye spiciness. Créme caramel. Or even tiramisu?
Finish: Gentle surge of gingery spiciness to provide a balancing dryness. Gently warming.
Comment: Very drinkable, but does it have sufficient complexity to retain the drinker's interest?
7.8
Taster   Marcin Miller
Nose: Pedro Ximinez or old fashioned Oloroso? Mincemeat.
Palate: Freshly baked pastry. Honey and nuts too. It's a pecan Danish.
Finish: Short but nicely integrated.
Comment: Good nose but doesn't really deliver.
