Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Honeycomb, beeswax, vanilla pods and hot buttered corn on the cob. Then Parma ham with dates, raisins.
Palate: Quite waxy and oily, honey, fresh corn and cream. The oak shows throughwith vanillas and little bow rosin.
Finish: Lingering and spiced.
Comment: Who said grain cannot be interesting?

Nose: Buttery and waxy, with wood polish, dates, sultanas and vanilla.
Palate: Viscous; with Bourbon, vanilla, wood varnish, nuts and corn oil.
Finish: Long, spicy and puzzling!
Comment: A real curiosity.
