Tasting notes
Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Cellophane, glue sticks, and oily cereal edge, almost pine forests, some sharp green fruits and a little cream vanilla.
Palate: Sticky toffee pudding, but an odd artificial caramel note. It moves to KeyLime pie with squirty cream from a can.
Finish: That odd note continues to linger.
Comment: Don't think this is quite there yet. Possibly more ageing would help knitthings together more.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Huh? This smells like an old-fashioned alcoholic cordial. Acetone, ginger, fruit syrups, spice.
Palate: Light and zesty. Lemon and lime with a weird floral note in the centre. Not as cloying as the nose suggests.
Finish: Clean and zippy.
Comment: I remain baffled, but will be using the remnants of the sample to makea cocktail.
