Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Creamy. Complex. Candle wax, lilac, bitumen, lemons a-plenty, pear, honey, light marine notes, dry seaweed, smoke.
Palate: Oily and smooth with a light waxiness. Eases onto the palate. A concentrated bundle with hints of lemon myrtle. Great balance.
Finish: Smoke leaks out. Dry.
Comment: A complex, subtle malt.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Perfumy. Very floral. Rose petals.
Palate: Light, cleansing. Long, spicy, flavour development. Very fresh ginger character. Cumin?
Finish: Liquorice. Gin-like. Gin-and-tonic.
Comment: Refreshing start; soothing finish. Quite a trick.
