Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Assertive, nutty and malty with burnt stubble and rich bourbon oak. Dry but characterful. Good oakiness.
Palate: Lemon, vanilla with crisp red fruits and orange. Decent feel. Fills the front of the mouth then narrows and tightens. Very direct, as the nose suggests.
Finish: The memory of oak and grass. Appetising.
Comment: I like its directness, there's nothing fussy or fancy about this, just a bloody good drink.
8.0
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sweet. Burnt. Caramelised.
Palate: Brown sugar on porridge, followed by marmalade on toast.
Finish: Hot and drying.
Comment: For a ghost, quite aggressive.
