Tasting notes
Taster   Ian Wisniewski
Nose: Lashings of vanilla, with citrus, figs and apricots followed by dark chocolate and maltiness.
Palate: Soft, creamy vanilla soon extends with dark chocolate, luscious orange marmalade and apricots, seasoned with spice, becoming richer.
Finish: Luscious, juicy fruit subsides to make way for chocolate maltiness.
Comment: Waltzes across the palate with grace and impeccable timing, even when the tempo rises.
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Faint peaty dryness.
Palate: Fruity boiled sweets. Slight pear drops, but well rounded.
Finish: Sweet lemons. Gently appetising. Warming.
Comment: A straight-ahead, fruity, creamy, Speysider.
