Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: The rye is lurking here, first thing you get is polish and wood. However some sweet notes mixed with a light nuttiness.
Palate: The rye seems to hit first, retract and the come back again towards the end. Some wood notes and toffee too.
Finish: More oily than the others and zesty.
Comment: Took me a little by surprise. Seems to be one thing then shifts.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: More clove like polished rosewood casket. Thicker and sweeter than most, some brazil nut and toffee. Rye is in the background.
Palate: Soft with some oak and cocoa. Quite gentle to start but the rye slowly unsticks itself from the toffee and begins to grow and grow.
Finish: Lime and orange cut with oil of cloves and ginger...then typical youthful dustiness.
Comment: This is a clever, tricksy rye. Worth a look.
