Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: A mix of herbs and fruits, pineapple with vanilla laced sugar, apples with honey and sorrel.
Palate: A little dry, oak tannins. But then the fruits start to build.
Finish: Mouth gripping and medium length.
Comment: Well put together.

Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Floral, slightly herbal, with pineapple, orange and cereal notes, fleeting icing sugar and then damp earth.
Palate: Slightly tart, with unripe oranges and white pepper.
Finish: Drying significantly to Java coffee and spicy oak.
Comment: At its best with a splash of water.
