Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: This belittles the abv, with a light and floral nose that gives some soft brown sugar.
Palate: Again, needs no water. A nice balance of oak and high floral notes of lavender and lily of the valley.
Finish: White musk and spice combine.
Comment: I was surprised by the delicate yet balanced nature of this dram.
8.5
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Floral, with white lilies, talcum powder, dried lavender and fresh fruit bowl sweetness, with mango, kiwi and cherries.
Palate: Cherry sherbet, meets a full on floral meltdown, with artificial lemon squash and soft apricot pieces, coupled with a drier oaky note on the back palate.
Finish: A touch of liquorice, apricot skins and oak.
Comment: It’s nearly Christmas and this tastes like mid July. Not a damn thing wrong with that in my book.
