Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Grassy with a distinctive nail varnish note. It fades and leads way to cereals.Barley sugar, dry hay, honey. Then a floral aroma. Meadowsweet and hawthorn blossom.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Citrussy. Lemon posset, lemon grass. Lovely refreshing taste. The alcohol is well mastered.
Finish: Sweet, fresh, minty.
Comment: A lovely dram, straightforward and lively.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: A sort of film canister note at first then pear drops, acetone. Fresh cut barley, warm bread and a grist edge. There is a sweetness too underlying things.
Palate: The sweetness comes through as does a creamy, almost Chantilly cream note. A lemon zest zip too.
Finish: Sweetness to the end.
Comment: An easy whisky to get on with, to relax with. All is in balance.
