Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Barley sugar sweets, hard toffee, reminiscent of an open humidor, somechocolate notes too.
Palate: The barley sugar sweets come through, packed with spice, fizzy.
Finish: Long and chilli-esque.
Comment: Well balanced.
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Damp earth, foliage and plain chocolate emerge.
Palate: Sherbet fruitiness, spice and soft toffee as well.
Finish: Long and gingery, with hardening toffee eventually.
Comment: Marked down slightly for an undistinguished nose.
