Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean, light and freshly minty. Good green apple intensity. Focused.
Palate: Fresh and medium-dry with a slight peppery heat. Water is needed toshake loose and delicate floral note.
Finish: Apples return.
Comment: A decent Glenlivet.
7.2
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Shy and faint. Light, floral. Marshmallow. Citrussy. A distant note of strawberry candy.
Palate: Deceptively sweet. After that smooth start, a spicy burn bites the tongue, then fades away, not leaving many flavours. Second sip is better but still burning though. Pear drop, ginger.
Finish: Dry, fizzy and spicy.
Comment: Given its colour and shallow aromatic profile, this whisky has certainly 'slept'
