Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: This is almost breakfast-esque. Honey and nut cereal, Jersey cream, vanilla pod and a zip of citrus rind.
Palate: Dark rich sugar, a little touch of coffee beans. There is that citrus elementlurking as well.
Finish: Long and rich.
Comment: Wonder what this would be like with another few years under its belt, but agood whisky nonetheless.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sweet and warming. Vanilla wafers. Lime cordial. Lots of cereals.
Palate: Silky. Sweet with a teasing fizzy feel on the tongue. Demerara syrup. Morevanilla. A slight cardboard note.
Finish: Sweet, medium long. Fresh hazelnut.
Comment: Definitely on the sweet side. The alcohol is well mastered. A bit uni-dimensional though. Water does not bring out much more.
