Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Marmalade, packed with citrus fruit, warm stones, the beach at Aldeborough in Suffolk, spun sugar.
Palate: Lovely and spicy, Parkin cake, some toffee and nut notes mingle withcake mix.
Finish: Spicy and warming.
Comment: A very pleasant dram indeed.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet, lemonade, a note of ozone and rock pools.
Palate: Brittle toffee and walnuts, ginger and candied peel.
Finish: Medium in length, spices and a hint of aniseed as well.
Comment: A nicely-integrated old dram.
