Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Shy. Grassy. Angelica and tarragon. Aniseed freshness. Hint of lime. Unwinds slowly. Rhubarb compote. Gets perfumy. Touch of vetiver.
Palate: Round, velvety. Alcohol is perfectly integrated. Lemon posset. A touch ofbakewell tart.
Finish: Refreshing. Mint chocolate.
Comment: A dram which needs time to open. Good balance, some complexity andfirm body.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Oak and caramel vie for position, then cut grass and a little citrus.
Palate: Again citrus brings a lift, creamy. Mouthfilling and slick. Glacé cherries and marzipan notes as well.
Finish: Rich and coating.
Comment: A restorative dram for those quiet, reflective moments
