Tasting notes
Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: Creamy and grassy. Fromage frais and delicate blueberry. Green apple and underripe banana. Very subtle maltiness. It’s all quite breakfast-y.
Palate: Well balanced but simple. A pleasing mix of apples, creamy yoghurt, cereal sweetness and delicate lemon.
Finish: Green apple, custard and just a touch of bison grass (holy grass).
Comment: The kind of blend one could drink all night with accompanying half of ale.
Taster   Phoebe Calver
Nose: Like a warm summer’s day, sat at a picnic. Gorse bush and light Victoria sponge, blackberry compote tartness that is mellowed out by a dusting of icing sugar and some soft and earthy wood notes, and elderflower cordial.
Palate: Initially there’s a delicate note of parmesan. White grapes and wildflower honey. Gorse bush, very tame chamomile tea and a slice of lemon.
Finish: Dusty note of wildflowers lingers.
Comment: This would be very sippable after a hard day to remind you it’s not all bad.
