Tasting notes
Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: Subdued slightly. Surprisingly fresh.
Palate: Mouth-watering. A fine flush of intense malt tops the middle. Excellent bittersweet ratio.
Finish: Now the oak kicks in, but gently so.
Comment: A much busier, more complex malt than the nose suggests. Entertaining stuff.

Palate: Sweet. Malty but light and refreshing.
Finish: Oily. Creamy.
Comment: Delicate, appetising and refreshing, but falls away in the middle.
