Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Perfumy. A suggestion of phenol. Somewhere between mothballs and tar-like peat.
Palate: Surprisingly rich. Sweetish. Emphatic sugared almonds. Hazelnuts.
Finish: Pistachios this time? Nutty dryness rounds out the palate. Very soothing and warming.
Comment: Confusing aroma, but otherwise the most enjoyable Millburn I have tasted.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Intense and malty, mixing smoke, cake mix and coconut. Water dries it: biscuity, toasted wood, soot.
Palate: Surprisingly sweet to start. Dry but slightly woolly texture. Biscuity.
Finish: Smoke, hay, dry.
Comment: Nice but could do with more in the middle.
