Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very, very pale. There's a wisp of smoke, a touch of light blossom and a hint of the smell that you get inside a new welly boot (not a bad thing in my opinion).
Palate: Very light with central sweetness and that light smoke again.
Finish: Just disappears.
Comment: All very light with no interplay between cask and whisky. Disappointing.
6.5
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Faint spearmint. Papery.
Palate: Thin, empty, drying. Tastes like exhausted chewing gum.
Finish: Papery, woody.
Comment: With its curiously greeny-white colour, this one actually looks like a ghost. A shadow of a great malt.
