Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Soft fruit. Brambles. Juniper, sea air.
Palate: At first the port seems to have sweetened the spirit, and accentuated its estery fruitiness. Then Caol Ila comes through: sandy, dry, junipery.
Finish: A nice, lively touch of appetising bitterness.
Comment: I would like to try this with lamb.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Pale onion skin colour. Clean smooth peatiness. If you could smoke strawberries they'd smell like this.
Palate: An interesting mix of pastille-like red fruits/cherry with subtle smoke. A sweet centre with the peat wrapped around.
Finish: Sweet, winey, then dry smoke.
Comment: It's a weird one but everything is in balance. Worth a shot.
