Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Floral. Sweet meadow flowers. Grassy. Phenolic. With a note of burnt grass. With water, a garden after a summer rain.
Palate: Round. Thick velvet. A bit flat. A cardboardy note then hot spices. Fizzy. Distant smoke.
Finish: Fizzy and dry. Liquorice.
Comment: Avery nice mouthfeel. You would expect richness and depth from that. And you get a thin aromatic display. Not unpleasant.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Huh? There’s a touch of cereal, but little more than a very delicate perfume some silver polish, a hint of phenols, sea water and cattle cake.
Palate: Better though the touch of paraffin suggests it’s young. Fragile with no discernible oak helping it along. Needs time.
Finish: Short. Invisible really.
Comment: It’s little more than good new make.
