Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Buttery, popcorn, fresh cornbread, apple skins and a little mineral note. Water brings out peach skins and a hint of smoke.
Palate: Quite herbal and grassy. Starts off sweet then the spices wash over thepalate, cumin and thyme.
Finish: Herbal and clean.
Comment: A gorgeous pre dinner dram, a little water brings out its sweet side.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Fresh straw. Lemonade. Light and fragrant.Opens on more citrus notes. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Appetising.
Palate: Light and crisp. A bit tangy but that fizzy feel is rather pleasant. It dances onthe tongue. The same grassy profile as on the nose.
Finish: Fresh and dry.
Comment: Easy and refreshing. Probably young. It needs a small dash of water to cut the edges. An invigorating dram on a wintery day.
