Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Quite leafy, sugar packets, warm bread, tablet, almonds and Danish pastries.
Palate: Quite herbal with that leaf mulch note coming through. Gives way to toffeesweetness with a little hazelnut.
Finish: Spices make for a mouth watering finish.
Comment: Works through various levels of flavour at different stages of savouring.
Taster   Neil Ridley
Nose: Thick rubber bands, water-based glue and brown envelopes-a stationer's dream come true. A little fruity note tries in vain to get noticed, but the rubber bands ping it back.
Palate: Very rubbery and dry on the palate, with a hint of clove.
Finish: The rubber note lingers alongside a hint of spicy apple pie.
Comment: Unfortunately, very one-dimensional.
