Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Salt. Cucumber. Lettuce. Tobacco.
Palate: Sweet. Malt background. Angelica. Coconut.
Finish: Coconut. Sugar, but also salt.
Comment: Lively and refreshing, but the flavours have not combined and fleshed out as probably they will in another six or seven years.

Nose: Fat and mildly feinty.
Palate: Lemon drop sharpness, fan tailing out for a beguilingly malty middle.
Finish: Chewy and tantalisingly spicy.
Comment: Has an extraordinary finish, suggesting something twice the age.
