Tasting notes

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Woody.Burnt wood.Walnut stain. Wood acts like a thick screen. On time, a creamier note tries to peep through. Crème de marron parfait. A peppery note. Powdered black pepper.
Palate: Immediately astringent. Wood overwhelms on the palate too. Spicy.
Finish: Bitter,dry.
Comment: I don't like to drink wood infusions !

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Very dense but reveals dried fruit,figs. An old leather wallet. Furniture polish.
Palate: Quite dark with a sweet undertone, plum skins,burnt sugar,almost atomato plant edge.
Finish: Crisp with a little sweetness
Comment: If you like it big and oaky this is your boy. Late night,night cap.
