Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Very young with plantain chips and marshmallow, coconut and strawberry. Scented. With water becomes slightly starchy.
Palate: Better than the nose showing a good distillate.
Finish: Clean, but hot.
Comment: Again, I'd leave this alone for longer in cask. The financial pressures to get things out rapidly are real, but whisky is about time and sometimes you have to take the hit.
7.0
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Unusual if not weird. Fresh paint. Varnish. Putty. Like entering in a house being renovated.
Palate: Sweet, with all the above notes confirmed on the palate. Some sweetness and a dry spicy note as well.
Finish: Dry, spicy, a bit sharp.
Comment: Not to my taste really.
