Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Dry, nutty and airy. Dried banana on muesli, green grassy notes, tea leaves, walnut.
Palate: Very soft and attractive and flows straight down the middle. Medium sweet with some vanilla and nut.
Finish: Soft.
Comment: Attractive and delicate.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Lightly fragrant. Skins of dessert apples.
Palate: Smooth. Syrupy. A touch of vanilla-pod. Spicy (a hint of clove?). Lively.
Finish: Flowery dryness. Slightly stinging.
Comment: A dessert malt, perhaps, but for that purpose I prefer sweeter bottlings.
