Taster   Dominic Roskrow
Nose: Blackcurrant Ribena, tingling and fragrant.
Palate: A surprise - full, grungey,peaty, and spicy.
Finish: Peaty,with that Japanese fungal thing again,and long.
Comment: A savoury whisky to accompany smoked cheese of pickled fish?
Taster   Robin Laing
Nose: Furniture polish,fabric cleaner,pine forest in the snow.Red apples; winter fruits.Trace of burnt toffee.
Palate: Slightly mouth-numbing,cinnamon; vaguely sweet.
Finish: Nippy sweeties.
Comment: Fresh but tame.
