Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Big. Multi layered. Starting with a rich malty fragrance, then leading to sylvestry notes. Granny's home withwarm marmalade, dry cider and moth balled clothes.
Palate: A smooth feel soon wiped up by a burst of spices and a fizzy sensation.
Finish: Spicy but soothing down on licorice. With a slight bitter note.
Comment: A well balanced and rich fellow. Water adds more layers .A beautiful aromatic voyage.

Palate: Luscious richness. Cooked and dried fruit, and crème brûlée, with underlying waves of dryness, mellowspice and oak emerging mid-way.
