Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean and malty with notes of dry grass, citrus fruits, flowers (freesia/rose) and some greenish hints (crab apple) balanced by creamy brazil nut/orange butter and a light smokiness which is brought out with water.
Palate: Soft with some light wood notes. A fine mix of butter, nut and spice.
Finish: Lemon cake and anise.
Comment: Clean and appetising.

Nose: Slight leathery peat aroma.
Palate: Sweetish. Lightly creamy. Children's sweets. Some fennel. Mint, grass, peat.
Finish: Spicy,. Warming. Somewhat harsh.
Comment: Good flavours in the middle, but not very well rounded.
