Tasting notes
Taster   Chris Goodrum
Nose: resh, grassy and citric with sweet barley and a hint of orange blossom honey. Young and enticing with hints of unsweetened digestive biscuits and herbaceous notes.
Palate: Fuller and a little oilier with a touch of vanilla oak. Lovely depth of honey coated apricot and pear and the vitality returns as the citrus notes come through on the middle.
Finish: Long and citric (lime and orange) with some biting spices and dry oaky notes.
Comment: Wonderfully vibrant and inviting, just like an Irish girl I once knew!
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Here you have Parma Violets, blackberry bush leaves, some earthy notes and a lovely creamy note. Ripe kiwi fruit is present and this makes for a fruity and easy nosing dram.
Palate: A very drinkable whiskey, lovely notes of white flowers, crème brûlée, some light buttery notes and hint of dry white wine about it.
Finish: A fruit note of gooseberry fool and mint.
Comment: A really easy drinking single malt! What more could you want?
