Tasting notes

Taster Joel Harrison

Nose: A well balanced nose of red apple, cherry drops, juicy fruit chewing gum, some tinned pineapple and freshly whipped cream. A hint of vanilla.
Palate: Oily and mouthfilling, this palate gives an earthy start with elements of freshly sliced pineapple, some cocoa, milk chocolate and tangerine.
Finish: Almost a white port element to the finish of grapey goodness. Fruity.
Comment: A fruity little number, which is well balanced with enough earthy tones to play well with the flighty fruits. Yum!

Taster Martine Nouet

Nose: Malty and fruity. Honeyed buns. Stone fruit. Greengage, Victoria plums. Lemon drops. An enticing aromatic bouquet.
Palate: A satin caressing feel. The fruits explode. Juicy pineapple, lemon posset, more plums. Complex, mouth coating. And yet fresh on the palate. Some garden mint.
Finish: Smooth with a subtle spiciness.
Comment: What a stunner. A full basket of ripe summer fruit. A sensual mouthfeel and an everlasting finish. Sunshine in a bottle.
