Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich, intense. Malt and oak lusciously combined. Caramelised walnuts inhoney. Chocolate toffee.
Palate: Round, velvety. Sweet fudge. Creamy. Crème brûlée. Praline. Liquorice root.An earthy touch.
Finish: Long, nutty aftertaste.
Comment: A well matured sherried malt. A beautiful after dinner dram to enjoy with a praline chocolate. Avoid adding water with this one.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Toffee notes at first, Rolos, caramel chews. Then vanilla pods, butteredpopcorn, and a little exotic fruit, mango and honey.
Palate: Sweet at first, vanilla custard tarts, then the spices take over, cardamom and cinnamon. There is more dark fruit and honey, melon and Parma ham.
Finish: Dries slowly with spices and nuts.
Comment: A good well balanced malt, perfect for long after dinner chats.
