Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Delicately scented. Lemony. Semi-dried apricots. Peach in syrup. Hazelnuts. Quite an intricate aromatic build-up. Shortbread developing on creamier notes.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Citrussy. Mandarin. Muesli.
Finish: Dry, crisp, spicy, chilli. Almondy notes.
Comment: A subtle yet characterful malt. Sweetness is teased up by dry spices. Beautiful structure. The proof that you can be young and accomplished.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light. Green fruits, elderflower, cereal. Pure and sweet. Water makes it like an old-fashioned lemonade. Blossom-like.
Palate: Sweet to start, then a firm maltiness. Lively, light fruits. Effervescent.
Finish: Perks up nicely.
Comment: Well made, with good balance.
