Tasting notes
Taster   Christopher Coates
Nose: ome lovely aromas of polished wood, beeswax and manuka honey, cedar and sweet tobacco. A little leather and freshly baked brown bread dipped in olive oil.
Palate: Well rounded and mature, silky on the palate. Dried fruits (sultana, apricot green apple) and some plum wine too. Medjool date and almond butter.
Finish: Silky, with a slight oiliness. Wine-like notes linger.
Comment: Refined and quite indulgent.
8.2
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Apple blossom water, fresh oranges, almond paste and sugar syrup. Just a slight hint of coal tar.
Palate: Plenty of sweetness here with that hit of citrus coming through. Orange flavour hard candy sweets with powdered sugar.
Finish: Soft, fruity and really gentle.
Comment: A decent and solid drop, not much to complain about here really.
