Tasting notes
Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Aromatic with juicy ripe peaches and apricots. Hints of cream and citrus as well, but a touch of malt lurking in there too.
Palate: Coates the mouth with a wonderful sweetness, the juicy fruit is still there too. Hints of confection and gentle spices.
Finish: Mildly nutty with a lingering spice note.
Comment: Tones from the sauternes barrel shine through. Balanced and delightful.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Perfumy. Soft fruit. White peaches poached in a honeyed syrup. Vanilla curls up into a crunchy waffle. Freshly squeezed tangerine. Almond milk. So luscious and elegant.
Palate: Satin like. Gently covers the tongue and displays an array of sweet notes. Peach and nectarine again. White chocolate. Pleasantly drying on spices.
Finish: Lingering, spicy with an almondy aftertaste.
Comment: A wonderful dram, retaining the fruity and almondy notes of the sauternes.
