Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Peaty (smoked fish) but with some perfume (lemon, pot pourri, dried heather) and softness (nut oil).
Palate: Rounded and sweet. Very sweet in fact: like cinnamon toast with demerara sugar, but there's smoke as well, and it's in balance.
Finish: Medicinal. Smoked fish again.
Comment: A fascinating package with unlikely flavour combinations. Barmen will love this.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Dryish, fresh oak. Ferns, forest flowers.
Palate: Firm, toffee, coconut.
Finish: Dry, spicy. Vanilla pod. Hint of char.
Comment: Lots happening, lively, enjoyable.
