Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Sweet and smoky:lemon syllabub and lanolin, then comes some soft red fruits, iris and tropical fruits which it seems to share with the previous.
Palate: Immediate smoke underpinned by a peachy sweetness. Lovely fluxing battle between dry smoke and this plush fruitiness. Needs water to open things out. Very pure and layered.
Finish: Smoke all the way.
Comment: Great balanceand intrigue in here. Well worth a look.

Taster   Rob Allanson
Nose: Another smoke tinged belter with a sweet edge that cuts through. Shades of mango, almost pomegranet and dried oranges.
Palate: Smoke to the fore with a soft juiciness behind it.
Finish: That smoke just keeps coming.
Comment: A wonderful exercise in smoke, but with great depth.
