Tasting notes

Taster Jim Murray

Nose: An oily, roasty aroma with a slither of liquorice and excellent small grains.
Palate: An explosion of sweet, oily liquorice and simmering spice.
Finish: Medium length vanilla with a hint of hickory and nuts on the finale.
Comment: A beautiful bourbon that doesn't fade. Simplistic towards the middle and finish but the journey there is sensational.

Nose: Big, warm, oaky, aroma.
Palate: Rich, smooth, chewy, toffeeish, rum-butter. Caramel. Raisiny.
Finish: Lemony. Flowery.
Comment: Full flavoured. Well rounded. Long.
