Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Very fresh. The most aromatic of the three. Pears. Cress. Pepper.
Palate: Light olive oil. Falls away in the middle. Then develops sweet mustardy notes.
Finish: Grassy, sandy, peppery.
Comment: The most gritty and seaweedy.

Taster   Jim Murray
Nose: Amazingly green and young. Grassy and slightly tart. The oak is sweet and relaxed.
Palate: As mouth-watering as it gets: outwardly young at first, sweet and then the spiced oak intensifies.
Finish: Medium length, vanilla rich with an oaky fuzziness at the finale. Also a late barely audible echo of smoke.
Comment: A simple amazingly clean dram that belies its years.
