Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lovely, mature (but not wood). Honey, clover, dried fruit. Sweet and rich with toffee, apple, caramelised fruits. Elegant is the word.
Palate: Fruit cake: cherry, sultana. Lovely feel with a soft, gentle spiciness, caramel, dried fruits.
Finish: Spicy, long and tingling.
Comment: How old? Would never have guessed it. Complex, balanced and elegant.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Warm. Malty. Buttery. Cinnamon.
Palate: Textured. Crunchy, chewy and creamy. Like eating cannoli while drinking grappa. (Less Dallas than South Philly).
Finish: Powerful. Fruity. Warming.
Comment: Delicious Dallas Dhu does it again. How long can this go on?
