Tasting notes
Taster   Gavin D. Smith
Nose: Toffee apples and vanilla, a sprinkling of salt and contrasting floral notes.
Palate: Palate: Relatively sweet and creamy, with spicy almonds and ripening pears. Easy-drinking.
Finish: Fresh fruit and spice, brittle toffee, milk chocolate and liquorice.
Comment: Quite light on the palate; a very pleasant dram.
7.8
Taster   Joe Bates
Nose: Opens up with milk chocolate, vanilla and custard. Pudding for anyone?
Palate: Feels quite young: lots of sweet caramel, vanilla, butter and oaky spice.
Finish: Medium length with quite a dose of spice.
Comment: Pleasant nose, but ultimately perhaps a bit too much fire and brimstone from this holy spirit.
7.2
