Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Cream soda, white truffle, hops and hot butter toast. A dry nose giving off wet sand.
Palate: Sweet green apple, white flowers, cinnamon, cotton candy and icing sugar.
Finish: A hint of cocoa powder and hazlenut mixed with chopped walnuts.
Comment: Like walking down the baking aisle in a supermarket the week after Great British Bake Off.
Taster   Annabel Meikle
Nose: A gentle controlled nose. Faint cherry and orange with warm oak. Pear becomes more evident with water, and some balsa wood. Brine and salted lemon.
Palate: Well rounded spice, like malt loaf with golden sultana, melted orange iced lolly and hazelnut.
Finish: Soft, smooth and short.
Comment: I wanted a little more to get my teeth into.
