Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Salicylic top notes. Celery? Furniture polish.
Palate: Chalky and thin. Chipboard. Dusty.
Finish: Not unpleasant. Wine like. Grape seeds?
Comment: Has some strange (and compelling) woody flavours. Not entirely unpleasant. If you can, try before you buy.
7.8
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Sweet and sour. Gooseberry. Cranberry. Blancmange. A juicy fruit smoothie. Gets creamy in time. Apple toffee.
Palate: Smooth. An appetising sweetness releasing fruity flavours. Touch of blackcurrant.
Finish: Pleasantly drier. Fresh liquorice.
Comment: A well knitted dram. On the fruit side. More complex than it appears. Oak is well integrated. A pity such a treasure is lost!
