Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Very sweet even sugary. Citrussy. Bergamot candied in syrup. Unidimensional. Vanilla hovers on thefruit. A herbal touch..With time, citrus notes open up.
Palate: In the same tone when you first taste it. But the second sip unveils a real character. Oak and spices burst out and tell you this fellow.is old.
Finish: A lot of exotic fruit. Passion fruit.
Comment: A very deceptive whisky. Hides behind a sweet mask then reveals its complex and strong nature.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Highly-polished furniture mixed with peach stone/white peach flesh and almond. Aromatic with resin notes. Intime the wood becomes the dominant partner:pine sap, enamel paint, honey and coconut.
Palate: An oddly pleasing mix of perfumed floral notes overlaid by this coconut character. Full on and thick.
Finish: Long and sweet with just a slightgrip.
Comment: Reminds me of gentlemen's coconut oil shaving cream. If you like that, you'll love this.
